In brief: it is about helping to bring investment and added prosperity to these beautiful Islands. Cabo Verde (aka Cape Verde and Cap-Vert) is a multi-cultural and blossoming nation. We believe it is one of the most “not yet fully discovered”. This is not just because of its natural beauty, it is because of the people who make this their home – in our view some of the friendliest and most welcoming in the world.
Hi, I’m Anthony Black, coordinator of this special network. My background includes development, hotels, restaurants, special forces, and the Charity sector. I was privileged to found two Charities (UK & Israel/Gaza), and to work with Princess Diana for ten years.
We are not ourselves agents, we are restorers, developers, independent consultants and service providers. We work with an established network of accredited agents, attorneys, notaries, architects, developers and financiers.
In short we…

- provide independent, unbiased consultancy services.
- encourage investment in affordable housing developments.
- assist agencies and sellers to find buyers from within our global network of 28,000+ members.
